How It Works

Sessions are typically held weekly and provide a steady space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns over time.

  • 45–50 minute sessions

  • Virtual in (NYS New York State)

  • Collaborative, confidential

My approach is integrative and informed by relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives. The work is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

For couples or individuals seeking a more focused, accelerated format, extended sessions and intensives are also available.
